Mr. Ayodeji Aboderin - Executive Director, Finance

Mr. Ayodeji Aboderin is a 1993 Accountancy Graduate of The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds an Executive MBA degree from the Open University of Nigeria and Commonwealth of Learning in Canada. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK) and the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA, USA). A chartered Global Management Accountant and Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors. He holds the Mandatory 35 Contact Hours PMP Certificate in Project Management.

Mr. Aboderin has over three decades of cognate experience with over 25 years in the FMCG industry. He has worked across diverse blue-chip multinational companies which include Nigerian Bottling Co. Ltd/Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co; Dangote Foods Industries; Food Concepts Plc, and PZ Cussons Nig. Plc, rising to Senior Management levels.

He joined May & Baker Nigeria Plc in 2014 as Financial Controller/CFO, where he provided strategic financial direction. He currently serves as the CFO / Executive Director of Finance, bringing unparalleled financial stewardship and leadership to the company.
